Informed Consent Regarding Protection And Processing Of Personal Data

Your personal data may be processed by Metropark Özel Sağlık Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.Ş. ("Private Medline Adana Hospital"), as the data controller within the meaning of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law") and related legislation, in the scope described below and in accordance with the Health Services Fundamental Law No. 3359, Decree Law No. 663 on the Organization and Duties of the Ministry of Health and Affiliated Organizations, the Regulation on Private Hospitals and the Regulations of the Ministry of Health and other legislation.

Collection and Processing, and Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data may be collected for the purposes of protection of public health, preventive medicine, medical diagnosis, treatment and care services provided by Private Medline Adana Hospital, planning and management of health services and their financing, and in accordance with the fields of activity of Private Medline Adana Hospital; It is obtained verbally, in writing, visually or electronically, through call center, website, verbal, written and similar channels. Assessment, improvement, and monitoring of patient satisfaction by hospital management and patient advocacy groups.
Supply of medicine.
To inform you of the appointment, if you make one.
To carry out risk management and quality improvement activities.
To conduct analysis for the purpose of improving health care services.
To finance your healthcare benefits, to cover the costs of your examination, diagnosis and treatment, and to pass on the information requested to private insurance companies as part of eligibility checks by the Patient Services, Financial/Administrative Affairs, Corporate Communications and Marketing departments.
To do research.
To meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Disclose the information required for health care financing to insurance companies.
Perform risk management and quality improvement activities through the Quality, Patient Rights and Information Systems departments.
To bill Patient Services, Finance/Administration, Corporate Communications, and Marketing for our services, and to confirm your relationship with contracted institutions.
Participation in campaigns and provision of campaign information by marketing, media and communications, call center departments, and design and delivery of special content, tangible and intangible benefits on web and mobile channels.

Your personal data collected and processed in pursuance of the relevant legislation may be stored in both digital and physical formats by being transferred to the physical archives and/or information systems of Private Medline Adana Hospital.

Third-Party Disclosure
