Born in Ceyhan, Adana, in 1968, completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Ceyhan. Graduated from Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1991.
Completed the general surgery specialization program of the Gaziantep Medical Faculty in 1997. Worked as a general surgeon, and hospital director for Şanlıurfa - Birecik and Gaziantep - and Nizip State Hospitals. Worked as the chief physician for Ceyhan State Hospital between 2005 and 2010, and for Çukurova Dr. Aşkım Tüfekçi State Hospital between 2010 and 2012.
Completed a master's degree program in health management, and a certificate program in hospital management, becoming a specialist in health management science. In addition to his management position at Medline Hospital, Mr. Inal is a faculty member -Asst. Assoc. Prof.- of the School of Health Institutions Management, Çağ University. He is married with two children.
Nuh Çağatay Çaylaklı, graduated from Economics and Administrative Sciences Academy, Faculty of Business Administration, Çukurova University, started his career at Financial Services Department, Bossa and took office in various positions.

Özlem KÜLTÜR, born in the sub-province of Bahçe, Osmaniye, on October 24, 1979 is a graduate of Bahçe Medical Vocational High School. Kültür is a graduate of Medical Vocational School, Atatürk University, and having completed the master's degree program of the Institute of Health Sciences, Okan University, she became a specialist in Healthcare Management.
She continued her career in various medical institutions. Özlem Kültür, is a faculty member of the Department of Medical Institution Administration, Vocational School Çağ University, and is also the Director of Nursing Services, Private Medline Adana Hospital.
